Her validated Happy Whole Human® (HWH) Self-Assessment Program—developed through her doctoral research at the University of Texas at Austin and refined through work with more than 2,000 clients and students—provides a powerful framework for personal and professional growth. Through customized group initiatives, high-impact coaching, and management consulting, Lisa’s evidence-based HWH holistic wellness program identifies and addresses hidden risk factors to health and performance, fostering meaningful, measurable, and lasting results for individuals and teams alike. Sara Moles, PCC is a holistic, trauma aware coach with over 6 years of full-time coaching experience. She brings a collaborative approach, commitment to continuous learning, and passion for coaching excellence to the instructor role. Her work centers on emotion regulation, mindfulness, and holistic coaching, blending evidence-based practices with compassionate, intuitive support. She draws from mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic practices, self-compassion, and mindset reframing to help clients build real, sustainable tools for navigating difficult emotions and the challenges of everyday life. Her approach is transparent, curious, and encouraging. She believes healing and growth happen when you feel safe, seen, and empowered. You have all the answers; her role is to walk alongside you as you courageously uncover them.

HWH Certified Holistic Wellness Coach Robyn Bragg

Dr. Robyn Bragg is a Happy Whole Human Certified Coach with more than 20 years of experience in pharmacy and healthcare, 17 years in training and development, and five years as a certified yoga, meditation, and breathwork instructor. She is deeply rooted in both science and spirituality. Robyn brings a wealth of practical knowledge from her personal and professional experiences to her coaching work. She loves to partner with clients in a customized, creative, thought-provoking process incorporating Happy Whole Human coaching tools and gold-standard coaching techniques to help them achieve fast, effective, and lasting transformative growth. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University, her coaching certification from the Happy Whole Human Institute of Holistic Wellness, and her yoga and meditation instructor certification from Yoga on High Teacher Training and Ayurveda Institute. Robyn lives in Columbus, OH, with her husband, David, and their two elementary school-aged boys. When not working, she likes to cook dinner over the backyard campfire, dance to a live band, or jump on the trampoline with her boys. She is always one to appreciate a sense of humor and love laughing with others, so much that she also serves as a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
